Yoga Teacher Training

In this comprehensive and heart-driven yoga teacher training, you will learn to become a skilled and receptive teacher. This is for aspiring teachers that want to create authentic and welcoming spaces that encourage conversation, build community and share practices around cultivating sense of agency and embodied practices.

Led by Open House Yoga Director Laila Mahmud-Kirkpatrick, in partnership with an experienced faculty made of Senior Yoga Teachers, Youth and Social Workers, Psychologist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Myotherapist.

Workshops take place on Saturdays at Open House Yoga in Bayswater over 6 months, commencing February 2024. Mentoring and course completion is over 12 months.
